  • You must record a clear and continuous video of the entire unboxing process as soon as you receive your package.
  • The video must include:
    • The sealed outer packaging before opening
    • The process of opening the package
    • Full view of the product
    • A clear shot of the Yellow Security Seal Tag attached to the item

⚠️ This video is mandatory for ALL return or damage claims.
Returns or complaints without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

🚫 Do NOT Remove the Yellow Seal Tag

  • All Visrita products are tagged with a Yellow Security Seal Tag for quality and return verification.
  • This tag must remain attached until you are completely satisfied with the product.
  • Once removed or tampered with, the product becomes ineligible for return or exchange.

⚠️ Removed or broken Seal tags = No return, no exchange, no exception.
